Title: Artificial Intelligence and Public Administration

Abstract: In this lecture, we will present many Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Public Administration. We will also outline the regulatory framework, numerous legal issues. We will present the current state and the several perspectives of Artificial Intelligence.

BIO: Dr. N. John El. Koimtzoglou ( https://www.linkedin.com/in/dr-jur-ioannis-koimtzoglou/ ) is a Lawyer before the Supreme Court and the Council of State, Doctor of Law at the Faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Public Law and Political Science), Legal Advisor of the Athens University of Economics and Business (O.P.A.). He has been continuously practicing law since 1988, specializing in Public Law, both at the advisory and judicial level, with emphasis on Administrative Law (especially Public Contracts and Environmental Protection). He is a member of the Associate Teaching Staff of the Hellenic Open University and the Open University of Cyprus, Associate Professor of Public Law at PHILIPS University (Nicosia, Cyprus) and a research associate and lecturer at the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA), the Centre for European and Constitutional Law - Th. and D. Tsatsos and the National School of Magistrates. He has published eight books on Public Law and has fifty-six publications on Public Law. He participates in scientific conferences (in Greece and abroad). His native language is Greek and he is fluent in English and French.He is a member of the Boards of the Association of Greek Tax Consultants (EDD) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA), a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), a member of the Tax Committee of the Hellenic-French Chamber of Commerce , an Officer and Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International.
